We are seeking for a Citrix Solution Architect specializing in NetScaler to join our leading team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of NetScaler and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing NetScaler solutions for our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Architect and design comprehensive NetScaler solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Implementation: Lead the deployment and configuration of NetScaler environments, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical knowledge of Citrix NetScaler, including setup, configuration, and management.
- Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and technical recommendations to maximize the value of NetScaler investments.
- Project Management: Manage NetScaler projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and timeline.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to NetScaler environments, collaborating with support and engineering teams as necessary.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including solution architectures, implementation guides, and best practices.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest NetScaler technologies and industry trends, and integrate this knowledge into solution designs and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Application Delivery Controller (ADC).
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies.
- Certifications: Citrix certifications such as CCP-N, CCE-N are highly desirable.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Communication: Strong communication with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Project Management: Proven experience managing projects and delivering results within scope and time.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

We are seeking for a Account Technology Strategist (ATS) to join our leading team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing customer strategies and expanding Citrix’s solutions for strategic customers as part of the business process. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, leveraging deep technical expertise and strategic vision to drive the success of Citrix technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Build and expand Citrix’s solutions for strategic customers.
- Technical Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of Citrix and NetScaler solutions, understand customer needs, and create joint roadmaps for implementation.
- Innovation Introduction: Expose customer teams to innovative Citrix and NetScaler technologies and address technical challenges.
- Knowledge Transfer: Conduct knowledge transfer sessions, presentations, and provide technological updates to strategic customers and partners.
- Market Insight: Identify new customer needs and market requirements, and communicate these to product managers.

- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing role.
- Presentation Skills: Effective technical presentation skills.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, proficient in both technical and business English.
- Certifications: Citrix and Cloud Platforms Certification is an advantage.
