      Citrix Account Technology Strategist

      Innocom, part of the Aman Group, is exclusively managing Citrix business operations in the Israeli market as an extended team of the vendor. We are seeking dynamic professionals to join our growing team.

      We are seeking for a Account Technology Strategist (ATS) to join our leading team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing customer strategies and expanding Citrix’s solutions for strategic customers as part of the business process. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, leveraging deep technical expertise and strategic vision to drive the success of Citrix technologies.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Strategic Development: Build and expand Citrix’s solutions for strategic customers.
      • Technical Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of Citrix and NetScaler solutions, understand customer needs, and create joint roadmaps for implementation.
      • Innovation Introduction: Expose customer teams to innovative Citrix and NetScaler technologies and address technical challenges.
      • Knowledge Transfer: Conduct knowledge transfer sessions, presentations, and provide technological updates to strategic customers and partners.
      • Market Insight: Identify new customer needs and market requirements, and communicate these to product managers.
      • Technical Support: Manage and coordinate all technical requirements in the sales process, including responding to RFIs/RFPs, providing technical solutions and support, and conducting demos, workshops, and custom proof of concepts (POCs).
      • Instruction: Instruct official Citrix courses.


      • Technological Proficiency: At least 5 years of experience with:
        – DaaS / VDI
        – Applications
        – Enterprise Browser
        – Enterprise Mobility Management
        – Networking
        – Enterprise Security
        – Data Analytics
        – Cloud Platforms
      • Strategic Vision: Ability to think strategically and out-of-the-box.
      • Adaptability: Quick learner who can understand and work with new products and updates.
      • Pre-Sales / Sales Engineer Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or Solution Architect.
      • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing role.
      • Presentation Skills: Effective technical presentation skills.
      • Communication: Strong communication skills, proficient in both technical and business English.
      • Certifications: Citrix and Cloud Platforms Certification is an advantage.
