Innocom, an Israeli Value Added Distributor (VAD) representing the world’s leading cybersecurity and technology brands, is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound activity for Palo Alto Networks in the Israeli market.

This is a true hunter role: your job is to identify, reach out to, and generate interest among growing Israeli companies, opening the sales processץ You are the first point of contact between Innocom and potential clients, and the person building the pipeline that our growth depends on.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Market Research – Identify growing Israeli companies with relevant purchasing potential
• Prospecting – Profile potential prospects, research them, and craft a targeted approach to spark interest
• Outbound Email Sequences – Build and run personalized email sequences to open conversations with target accounts
• Outbound Calls & Emails – Engage potential clients directly by phone and email to initiate the sales process
• Prospect Database – Build and maintain a high-quality, up-to-date lead database
• Sales Team Collaboration – Work closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment between prospecting efforts and the sales strategy

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – fluent in both Hebrew and English
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail, disciplined follow-up, and time management
• Curiosity, initiative, and high motivation – true hunter mentality
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to work independently
• Prior experience in a service/operational role – an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
