Pre-Sales Engineer – Rubrik

Innocom, the exclusive distributor of Rubrik in Israel, is looking for a talented Pre-Sales Engineer to join our growing team.

Rubrik is a leading data protection and backup platform, delivering advanced capabilities for instant data recovery and comprehensive protection against ransomware attacks.

What you’ll do:

• Lead technical sales engagements and deliver compelling presentations to prospective customers
• Conduct product demonstrations (demos) and lead Proof of Concept (POC) processes end-to-end
• Support delivery activities and implementation projects in collaboration with internal teams and partners
• Analyze customer technical challenges and design tailored, high-impact solutions

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering / Professional Services role within backup, infrastructure, or cybersecurity environments
• Strong hands-on experience with backup and infrastructure solutions
• Experience with one or more of the following: Veeam, Commvault, NetBackup
• Fast learner with strong technical curiosity and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
