      Innocom is hiring a Technical Support Engineer for the Palo Alto Networks team

      The Palo Alto Networks team at Innocom is expanding and looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join a meaningful and challenging role in the cybersecurity and networking world.

      Responsibilities:

      • Provide technical support to company customers and troubleshoot complex issues
      • Analyze, identify, and resolve networking and information security problems
      • Work with leading Firewall products
      • Support installation, configuration, and maintenance processes
      • Collaborate with technical teams and vendors

      Requirements:

      • At least 2–3 years of experience in a Technical Support / Network Support / Security Support role
      • Hands-on experience with Firewall products such as Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, or Fortinet
      • Strong knowledge and experience with networking protocols
      • Experience working with VPN technologies
      • Knowledge and experience in Routing
      • Strong technical troubleshooting skills, service orientation, and ability to work independently

      Advantages:
