Innocom is hiring a Technical Support Engineer for the Palo Alto Networks team
The Palo Alto Networks team at Innocom is expanding and looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join a meaningful and challenging role in the cybersecurity and networking world.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to company customers and troubleshoot complex issues
- Analyze, identify, and resolve networking and information security problems
- Work with leading Firewall products
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance processes
- Collaborate with technical teams and vendors
Requirements:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a Technical Support / Network Support / Security Support role
- Hands-on experience with Firewall products such as Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, or Fortinet
- Strong knowledge and experience with networking protocols
- Experience working with VPN technologies
- Knowledge and experience in Routing
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills, service orientation, and ability to work independently
Advantages:
